HG50High-Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line are able to produce welded pipes of φ12~φ60mm in diameter and 0.8~2.2mm in wall thickness as well as profile pipes of the corresponding size. Adopting roll pass design, the production line can manufacture welded steel pipes with good quality machining and high precision assembling.

4. Operation Principle and Main Structure4.1 Double-Cone Uncoiler KJ50
Uncoiler is used for supporting strip coil and providing steel strip for the line. It has two cones, one of which prepares for another coil while the other is working.

4.2 Cutting and Welding Machine JH50Its main function is cutting out the redundant ends of the coils and connecting each other by butt-welding to guarantee continuous production.

4.3 Cage Accumulator WLLH50Accumulator is used for accumulating some strip and sending strip to the main mill continuously. The accumulated strip is pulled out of the accumulator by the main mill.

4.4 Forming and Sizing Machine HGZ50
Steel strip is fed into the forming machine, which rolls steel strip into pipe shape, round or profile.
Then, high frequency induction heating equipment concentrates high frequency current on the two edges of pipe skelp, and, due to the skin effect and the kindred effect, the edges are heated rapidly to the welding temperature and then almost immediately squeezed together under the pressure of squeeze rolls.The welded pipe finally becomes the finished product in expected size after the final cooling, sizing and roughly straightening.

3) Layout order of rollers
Forming process needs 7 horizontal rollers and 8 vertical rollers. Sizing Process needs 5 horizontal rollers and 5 vertical rollers. Two Turkey heads are used to roughly strengthen pipe.
(Horizontal Roller, Vertical Roller, and Turk Head are respectively short for H, V and T.)
